We sign a long-term lease directly with you and remain responsible for rent throughout the lease term, regardless of guest occupancy. We furnish the property and coordinate guest stays of 30 days or longer, giving you one consistent point of contact.
A thoughtful approach to every stay
Our guests include academics, professionals on extended assignments and families navigating a move or home renovation. We screen prospective guests to help ensure each placement is a good fit, with clear expectations for responsible occupancy, care for the property and consideration for neighbors.
Guests must follow occupancy limits and rules prohibiting smoking, parties and disruptive noise. We coordinate cleaning between stays and maintain communication with occupants throughout their time with us.
We believe hospitality is built on mutual respect, extending the same care to our guests that we expect them to show the residences and communities they join. Every owner arrangement is discussed and approved upfront, with the permitted use clearly documented in the lease.
